We’re Here

Thanks to Tom Wood of the National LINKS Team who has produced a set of signs to use on duty, to inform the public of our presence and about our organisation. I understand that Tom is producing some more useful items under the new Corporate Identity, well done Tom!

Letterhead Templates

Just been informed by Tom Wood that my letterheads have a few glitches, including the positioning of the address block is too high for folding and putting into a windowed envelope and that the lower margin is less than the 12mm inkjet printer allowance.

Thanks Tom, I shall be posting the fixes later tonight. If anybody else spots anything, drop me an email – NMB340 ‘at’ GoogleMail.com (replace ‘at’ with @)…

We’re Listening

Dan Bevis of Bishops Stortford division in Hertfordshire has produced a feedback form for his local division. He posted it onto the CI forum for others to use locally. I’ve blanked out any specific details, and have posted it here for you all to download. Unfortunately it is only available in Microsoft Publisher format, however, I plan to make a PDF version available soon (with NHQ details printed on the rear).

Avon Template

My apologies here, but please do not use the letterhead templates unless you are from Avon. Richard (NHQ Communications) has asked units not inside Avon to discontinue its usage.
I’ll post the fixes for this before the end of today.

JPEG Warning

Please do not use the JPEG version of the logos in the roll-up, or from the resource website – they are not true black. This is in connection with some information gratefully received from Tom Dimmock Wood who has stated that the black on these images is RGB(037,037,037). Visit this thread for the full detail.

My 50mm 3D pos jpeg, 50mm 3D pos gif, 50mm 3D neg jpeg and 50mm 3D neg gif are all unaffected by this announcement, as they are from the EPS that is a true black.
